These Terms of Service govern your use of the DPPskop platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully — they include important information about subscriptions, liability, and dispute resolution.
DPPskop is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription with three tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (annual gets 20% discount). Auto-renewal unless cancelled 30 days before renewal date. Late payment incurs 1% monthly fee + suspension after 14 days overdue.
DPPskop commits to 99.9% uptime calculated monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (announced 7 days in advance, max 4 hours/month, off-peak).

You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities, with 7-day cure notice except for security violations.
DPPskop retains ownership of all platform code, designs, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of all data you upload (your DPPs, products, supplier info). We get a non-exclusive licence to host and process your data solely to provide the service.
Open-source components used by DPPskop are listed at docs.dppskop.com/oss with licence acknowledgements.
DPPskop's total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Excludes: (i) gross negligence, (ii) wilful misconduct, (iii) data breaches due to our fault.
DPPskop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, data loss after our 30-day deletion window, business interruption) except where required by law.
Disputes governed by Turkish law with jurisdiction at Bursa Commercial Courts. International customers may opt for binding arbitration under ICC Rules, seat in Geneva, English language.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at end of current period; annual subscriptions cancel at the next renewal. No early-termination fees.
JSON for full data export, CSV for tabular reports, PDF for individual DPPs. Delivered within 7 days of cancellation request.
Yes — you may assign to acquirers/successors with notice. DPPskop may assign to affiliates or in M&A scenarios.
Announced 7 days in advance; off-peak hours (typically Sundays 02:00-06:00 CET); max 4 hours/month; counts toward SLA.
Customer must request within 30 days of incident. We verify with status page logs and apply credit to next invoice.

By default, Turkish law and Bursa courts. EU customers may invoke their local consumer protection laws where applicable; for B2B, Turkish jurisdiction applies.
